London & Surrey Property Repairs was founded after years working within the lettings and property management sector.During that time, it became clear that many contractors were consistently letting agents and landlords down — particularly through poor communication, missed appointments and a lack of professionalism when dealing with tenants.​Coming from a family background in maintenance and building, the decision was made to step in and provide a service that property managers and landlords could actually rely on.​What began by assisting private clients quickly grew through recommendation and demand.
